Summit Learning Institute® leverages Empowerment Learning and Social Empowerment Methodologies to help individuals and organizations achieve their fullest potential. For individuals, we offer online tools and resources that foster a sense of agency in pursuing personal and professional goals. For organizations, we customize, design, and develop Learning and Development (L&D) solutions tailored to the needs of businesses, educational institutions, and community-based organizations (CBOs).
Inspired by Paulo Freire’s empowerment education theory, our work focuses on building the capacity for meaningful behavior change that leads to sustainable social, professional, and economic outcomes for both individuals and organizations.
